Daily responsibilities will include creating estimates, acting as the contractors representative, meeting with owners and owner representatives, managing subcontracts, reviewing material takeoffs, dealing with regulatory authorities and permits, and overseeing the daily operations of projects.

The candidate must be familiar with various municipal specifications and MMCD. The candidate should have some estimating experience and experience producing progress estimates, claims, and extra work orders. The candidate should have at least 5 years experience, we will consider applicants with less.

Applicants must possess superior written and oral communication skills, an understanding of underground utility and road construction market, as well as a keen interest in growing their career.

Applicants education criteria can include; PMP, P.Eng, CTech, EIT (relevant experience will be considered)
