Complete Utility Contractors successfully completed the installation of the hydro service and infrastructure required to service our development. The work required a night time crossing of the busy intersection of Marine Drive and Taylor way in West Vancouver. Complete Utility Contractors was quick to come up with solutions to design issues and facilitated the approval process with BC Hydro. They assisted with the co-ordination with and the approval from MOTI to perform the work on their roadway.
The crews completed the work without any quality or safety issues and the work was completed in an expeditious and efficient manner. Any changes in scope were well documented and managed which streamlined the approval process. The work was completed on time and within the project budget.
I would definitely recommend Complete Utility Contractors for future work based on their performance on this project.
